Quality Inspection
Ensure the jewellery is in its original packaging with all tags attached; our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
Secure Pickup
Once approved, we will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep at a time convenient for you.
Refund or Exchange
After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange dispatched.
