Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear from improper care.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
